摘要
目的:研究内固定结合椎体成形术以及单纯内固定对脊柱骨折患者的治疗效果.方法:选取我院在2016年3月-2018年2月期间收治的100例脊柱骨折患者,按双色球随机分组法分成对照组和观察组,对照组50例,观察组50例.其中对照组为患者进行单纯内固定治疗,观察组为患者进行内固定结合椎体成形术治疗,对2组患者术后优良率、临床指标和伤椎改善情况进行比较.结果:观察组患者术后优良率为84.0%,明显高于对照组的66.0%,差异显著(x2=4.3200,P=0.0376);同时,观察组患者在椎管侵占率、伤椎前高度压缩比以及Cobb角的数据分别为8.0% ±2.0%、95.3% ±2.2%、6.0° ±1.3°,均明显优于对照组,差异显著(t=8.0666,P=0.0000;t=9.7727,P=0.0000,t=10.5093,P=0.0000);且观察组患者治疗后VAS评分为(3.23±1.07)分,Prolo评分为(15.74±2.20)分,差异显著(t=12.8072,P=0.0000;t=12.1914,P=0.0000).结论:与单纯内固定治疗相比,为脊柱骨折患者使用内固定结合椎体成形术效果更佳,术后优良率更高,且临床指标和伤椎改善显著,值得大力推广.
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty and simple internal fixation on patients with spinal fractures.Methods:One hundred patients with spinal fractures who were admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled in the reference group and the experimental group according to the two-color ball randomization method.The reference group was 50 cases and the experimental group was 50 cases.The reference group was treated with simple internal fixation.The experimental group was treated with internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty.The postoperative excellent rate,clinical indicators and the improvement of the injured vertebra were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of postoperative patients in the experimental group was 84.0%,which was significantly higher than that in the reference group(66.0%).The difference was significant(x2=4.3200,P=0.0376).At the same time,the rate of spinal canal encroachment and pre-injury height compression ratio in the experimental group and The data of Cobb angle were(8.0±2.0)%,(95.3±2.2)%,and(6.0±1.3)°,respectively,which were significantly better than the reference group,and the difference was significant(t=8.0666,P=0.0000;t=9.7727,P=0.0000,t=10.5093,P=0.0000);and the VAS score of the experimental group was(3.23±1.07)points after treatment,and the Prolo score was(15.74±2.20)points,the difference was significant(t=12.8072,P=0.0000;t=12.1914,P=0.0000).Conclusion:Compared with simple internal fixation,the use of internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty for spinal fracture patients is better,the postoperative excellent rate is higher,and the clinical indicators and injured vertebrae are significantly improved.It is worthy of promotion.
