基于厌氧折流板反应器--完全混合式曝气池工艺污水处理装置设计及研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对生活污水严重污染环境的问题,设计制造出一体化厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)-完全混合式曝气池(CMAR)实验装置,在相同实验条件下研究惰性稀土瓷砂在一体化ABR-CMAR工艺中对生活污水处理效果的影响。结果表明:在进口流速为12 L/h时,添加惰性稀土瓷砂使COD的平均去除率提高10%以上,BOD5平均去除率在不同流速下均提高近10%,同时出口SS悬浮物质量浓度大幅度降低;此一体化ABRCMAR装置可以简单、快捷检测滤料性能且能通过添加惰性稀土瓷砂较为明显的提高对生活污水的处理效果,此研究为今后的新滤材对生活污水的处理效果研究提供借鉴。 In view of the serious environmental pollution caused by domestic sewage,the integrated ABR-CMAR device designed and manufactured.Under the same experimental conditions,the influence of new filter materials on the integrated ABR-CMAR device for domestic sewage was studied by experiments with and without inert rare earth ceramic sand.The result showed that when the inlet flow rate is 12L/h,the average removal rate of COD was increased by more than 10%,and by adding inert rare earth porcelain sand,the average removal rate of BOD5 increased nearly 10%at different flow rates,and the mass concentration of SS at the outlet is greatly reduced.The integrated ABR-CMAR device can detect the performance of filter media simply and quickly,and the inert rare earth porcelain sand has a positive effect on the treatment of domestic sewage.
