摘要
目的探讨跟骨锁定钢板对改善跟骨粉碎性骨折患者跟骨形态的作用。方法回顾性分析于2017年1月至2019年1月在该院收治的60例跟骨粉碎性骨折患者的治疗经过,根据治疗方式的不同将60例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,观察组采用跟骨锁定钢板内固定治疗,对照组采用跟骨非锁定钢板内固定治疗,比较两组治疗效果、跟骨形态及并发症。结果观察组治疗效果优27例,良2例,优良率为96.7%,对照组治疗效果优16例,良6例,优良率为73.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组跟骨交叉角、跟骨宽度均显著降低,跟骨高度、跟骨结节管结角均显著升高,两组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组共出现并发症2例,并发症发生率为6.7%,对照组共出现并发症8例,并发症发生率为26.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论跟骨锁定钢板治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折效果良好,可有效恢复跟骨形态,且并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of calcaneal locking plate on the improvement of calcaneal morphology in the patients with comminuted calcaneal fracture.Methods The treatment processes in 60 cases of comminuted calcaneal fracture treated in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into the observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,30 cases in each group.The observation group adopted the internal fixation with calcaneus locking plate,while the control group was treated with the internal fixation with non-locking calcaneus plate.The treatment effect,calcaneal morphology and complications were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the therapeutic effect was excellent in 27 cases,good in 2 cases,and the excellent and good rate was 96.7%.In the control group,the therapeutic effect was excellent in 16 cases,good in 6 cases,and the excellent and good rate was 73.3%,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the calcaneal cross angle and calcaneal width in the two groups were significantly reduced,calcaneal height and calcaneal tubercle angle were significantly increased,and the differences between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05);there were 2 cases of complications in the observation group,the incidence rate of complications was 6.7%.There were 8 cases of complications in the control group,the incidence rate of complications was 26.7%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The calcaneus locking plate in treating comminuted fracture of calcaneus has a good effect,can effectively restore the morphology of calcaneus,moreover the incidence rate of complications is low,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
