摘要
为了进一步规范和细化企业建设项目竣工环境保护验收的标准和程序,文章较为系统地梳理和总结了当前企业建设项目竣工环境保护自主验收存在的典型问题,根据建设项目环境保护管理相关法律法规,结合企业建设项目实际建设特点,提出了相关的对策,以供企业建设项目竣工环境保护自主验收参考。
In order to further standardize and refine the standards and procedures of environmental protection acceptance for enterprise construction project completion,this paper systematically summarizes the typical problems of environmental protection independent acceptance check of enterprise construction projects.According to the laws and regulations related to the Environmental Protection Management of construction projects and the actual construction characteristics of enterprise construction projects,this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures,which can be used as a reference for the independent acceptance of environmental protection of enterprise construction projects.
