摘要
结合2017年11月20日关于《建设项目竣工环境保护验收暂行办法》,总结了企业验收现状,概述验收过程即前期资料收集、现场勘查、确定验收监测方案和编制验收监测报告,分析了建设项目竣工环境保护验收监测注意事项。探讨项目业主、技术机构、管理部门三方的技术需求,提出了主动宣传解读管理与技术要求、完善验收监测技术规范体系、全面开展验收监测培训等建议。
Combined with the "interim measures for environmental protection acceptance check of completed construction projects" on November 20,2017,summarized the status quo of Enterprise Acceptance Check,this paper summarizes the process of Acceptance Inspection,including the collection of pre-period data,on-site investigation,the determination of Acceptance Monitoring Program and the preparation of Acceptance Monitoring Report,and analyzes on the matters needing attention in environmental protection acceptance monitoring of the completed construction project.This paper probes into the technical requirements of project owners,technical institutions and management departments,and advances some suggestions on initiatively publicizing and interpreting management and technical requirements,perfecting the technical standard system of acceptance inspection and monitoring,and carrying out the training of acceptance inspection and monitoring in an all-round way.
