摘要
为了响应教育部“停课不停学”的号召,新冠疫情期间我们开展了留学生医学免疫学课程的线上教学。针对留学生地域分布广泛、文化背景不同、思维活跃的特点,我们在线上教学的不同环节,采取了不同策略,来满足留学生多元化和个性化学习的需求,培养留学生的临床思维和自学能力。同时我们也发现了线上教学的一些弊端,如学生使用电脑或手机时间过长、线上实验教学效果不理想等。因此我们将通过录制完整的英文版医学免疫学教学视频,申报国家级精品慕课,完善线上课程建设。同时加强PBL教学和实验教学等线下课程建设。“线上+线下混合式”教学模式有助于培养基础医学知识扎实、临床技能规范、职业素质良好的医学留学生。
During the epidemic of COVID-19,we carried out online teaching of Medical Immunology for international students instead of classroom-based learning.According to the characteristics of overseas students with wide geographical distribution,different cultural backgrounds and active thinking,we adopt different strategies in different steps of online teaching to meet the diversified and personalized learning needs of international students,and cultivate their clinical thinking and self-learning ability.At the same time,we also found some disadvantages of online teaching,such as the students used computers or mobile phones for too long time,online experimental teaching effect was not ideal.Therefore,we plan to record a complete English version of"Medical Immunology"teaching video,and improve the construction of online courses by applying for national quality MOOCS,and strengthen the construction of offline courses such as PBL teaching and experimental teaching."Online+offline hybrid"teaching mode will be helpful to cultivate medical undergraduate students with solid basic medical knowledge,standardized clinical skills and good professional quality.
