摘要
目的了解平湖市医务人员心理健康状况,发现可能存在的心理健康问题及影响因素。方法采用微信和电子问卷调查的方式,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、压力影响量表问卷、职业倦怠量表及应对方式问卷对平湖市各类医疗机构医务人员进行随机抽样调查。结果SCL-90检测结果显示,1130名被调查的医务人员中有39.1%存在心理健康问题。偏执因子比较,医务人员与全国常模差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),剩下SCL-90各因子得分除人际敏感因子外,均高于国内正常人群的水平(P<0.05)。不同工作年限、身份、岗位、单位级别医务人员间的SCL-90平均总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SCL-90总分与压力影响总分、应对方式量表因子、职业倦怠量表因子均有相关性(P<0.05)。收入与付出不成比(92.9%)、医疗风险高(91.2%)、工作量大及感到疲劳(90.6%)、医疗纠纷中医务人员安全和自尊难以维护(90.2%)、医疗保障制度不完善(90.1%)是影响医务人员心理健康的前5位因素。结论平湖市医务人员心理健康问题较为突出,可针对其影响因素进行积极调整,以改善医务人员心理健康,提高工作热情和工作质量。
Objective To evaluate the psychological status of medical staff in Pinghu,discover the potential mental health problems and influence factors.Methods A random sampling survey was conducted on medical staff of medical institutions in Pinghu using the We Chat and electronic questionnaire survey.The survey contents mainly included Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),pressure influence scale,burnout scale and coping style questionnaire.Results The scores of SCL-90 showed that 39.1%of the 1130 medical staff had psychological health problems.There was no significant difference in paranoia between medical staff and national norm(P>0.05).Except for interpersonal sensitivity,the scores of other factors of SCL-90 were higher than those of national norm(P<0.05).The average total score of SCL-90 was different among medical staff with different working years,identity,post and unit level(P<0.05).The total score of SCL-90 was correlated with the total score of pressure influence scale,coping style questionnaire and burnout scale(P<0.05).The mismatch between the income and the payments(92.9%),high medical risks(91.2%),heavy workload and fatigue(90.6%),difficulty in maintaining safety and self-esteem of medical staff in medical disputes(90.2%),and imperfect medical security system(90.1%)were the five leading factors influencing the mental health of medical staff.Conclusions The psychological problems of medical staff in Pinghu were prominent,the influence factors might be adjusted to ameliorate the mental health and elevate their enthusiasm and quality of work.
