摘要
近年来,教育部要求省级就业主管部门明晰辖区内毕业生就业动态且毕业生就业数据准确无误,对于高校毕业生就业数据的真实性要求也越来越高,这也对于省级就业主管部门的就业信息化工作提出更高的要求。如何使用先进的互联网技术实现对于高校毕业生招聘信息的精准提送、就业动态的监控以及就业数据的核查成为越来越多省级就业主管部门所面临的问题。本文尝试从高校毕业生生涯大数据入手,建立省级主管部门与校级主管部门联动的一体化智慧就业服务平台,以期望实现以"互联网+业务+数据+服务"的新型省校一体化智慧就业服务平台。有效提升省级就业部门管理效能的同时,最大限度的提升就业部门对于高校毕业生的服务质量。
In recent years,the Ministry of Education for employment departments at the provincial level to understand graduate employment within their respective jurisdictions dynamically and graduate employment data are accurate,the authenticity of the requirements for the employment of university graduates data more and more high,this also for the work of the provincial department in charge of employment information higher and higher demands are proposed on how to use the advanced Internet technology to realize the university graduate recruitment information deliver the precision of the employment of dynamic monitoring and employment data verification has become more and more problems faced by the department of the provincial employment.Based on the big data of college graduates’career,this paper builds an integrated intelligent employment service platform that is linked by provincial authorities and university authorities,and forms a new intelligent employment service system of provincial and university integration with"Internet+business+data+service".This platform not only effectively improves the management efficiency of provincial employment departments,but also maximally improves the service quality of employment departments for college graduates.
