摘要
以37个不同种源白花泡桐为试材,应用LI-6400便携式光合测定仪测定其在不同光照强度下的净光合速率(Pn)值,并对各个光合指标与幼树生长量进行相关性分析。结果表明:①37个种源的白花泡桐最大净光合速率(Pmax)在20.71~37.36μmol·m^-2·s^-1之间,平均值为27.93μmol·m^-2·s^-1,Pmax最大的为广西桂林种源,最小的为浙江龙泉种源。②37个种源白花泡桐光补偿点(LCP)和光饱和点(LSP)不同,光补偿点在17~68μmol·m^-2·s^-1之间,其中LCP最大的为江西吉安种源,LCP最小的为浙江丽水种源;光饱和点在639~1204μmol·m^-2·s^-1之间,LSP最大的为重庆涪陵种源,LSP最小的为广西梧州种源。③各种源幼树光合指标与生长量具有一定相关性,光补偿点与树高和胸径的相关性较低,光饱和点与树高和胸径的相关性较高,光补偿点低的和光饱和点高的种源更有利于泡桐生物量的积累和生长。
Thirty-seven provenance of Paulownia fortunei were studied on Pn at different PAR and growth,analyswasing correlation among Photosynthetic Traits and growth.The results showed that:①The Pmax of thirty-seven provenance between 20.71 and 37.36μmol·m^-2·s^-1 and the average was 27.93μmol·m^-2·s^-1,the maximum was the 16th(Guilin,Guangxi),the minimum was 29th(Longquan,Zhejiang).②The LCP of thirty-seven provenance in 17 to 68μmol·m^-2·s^-1 between,and the maximum was the 35 th(Jian,Jiangxi),the minimum was 11 th(Lwashui,Zhejiang).③The LSP of thirty-seven provenance between 639 and 1024μmol·m^-2·s^-1 and the maximum was the 12 th(Peiling,Chongqing),the minimum was 26 th(Wuzhou,Guangxi).The correlation between of LCP with height and diameter was low,the LSP with height and diameter was higher,the provenances of low LCP and high LSP were beneficial to biomass accumulation.
