摘要
头影测量是正畸诊治过程中的重要分析手段,随着三维成像技术的发展,头影测量逐渐由平面化向立体化过渡。三维头影测量是指应用具有三维分析功能的软件,对患者颅颌面的锥形束计算机断层扫描(CBCT)图像进行测量与分析。与传统二维头影测量相比,三维头影测量在图像清晰度、准确性等方面具有明显优势,目前已成为研究热点。本文将从定点方式、标志点、参考平面、测量项目及分析和重叠这5个方面进行综述,详述三维头影测量的优势及研究现状,并对其发展进行展望。
Cephalometry is an important analytic measurement for orthodontic diagnosis and treatment and has gradually evolved from plane to stereoscopy with the development of three-dimensional imaging technology.In three-dimensional cephalometry,the cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)craniofacial images of patients are measured and analyzed with three-dimensional analytic software.Compared with traditional two-dimensional cephalometry,three-dimensional cephalometry has overwhelming advantages on image definition and accuracy and thus has become a research focus.This review summarized the progress on three-dimensional cephalometry in five aspects:methods for identifying landmarks,landmarks,and reference planes;measurements and analyses;superimposition;advantages and research status;and future prospects.
