摘要
目的对CBCT在口腔正畸中的应用进行探讨,分析其应用价值,为临床实践提供参考。方法将102例口腔正畸患者作为临床研究对象,对其从1号到102号进行随机排序,并将序号为单数的患者划分为研究组,将序号为双数的患者划分为对照组,两组患者人数均等,各51例。对对照组患者采用螺旋CT进行诊断检查,对研究组患者采用CBCT进行诊断检查,对比两组患者的诊出率。结果采用CBCT进行诊断检查的研究组患者阻生牙、埋伏牙、骨开窗骨开裂诊出率为100%,采用螺旋CT进行诊断检查的对照组患者诊出率为52.94%,对比差异明显,且具有统计学意义。结论 CBCT可以显著提高口腔正畸诊断的准确性,并为后期治疗提供更加精确、清晰、科学的治疗依据,具有更高的临床应用价值,值得推广与应用实践。
Objective To explore the application of CBCT in orthodontics,analyze its application value and provide reference for clinical practice.Methods 102 patients with orthodontics as clinical research object,the random sort number from 1 to 102,and the serial number for the singular patients divided into research group,the serial number for the number of patients are divided into control group,two groups of equal number of patients,51 cases each.Patients in the control group were diagnosed with spiral CT,and patients in the research group were diagnosed with CBCT,and the diagnostic rate of patients in the two groups was compared.Results Group were examined by using diagnosis of CBCT maxillary teeth,embedded teeth,bone window open fracture diagnosis rate was 100%,control group patients using spiral CT diagnostic checks are diagnosed at a rate of 52.94%,obvious contrast difference,with statistical significance.Conclusion CBCT can significantly improve the accuracy of orthodontics diagnosis,as well as the late treatment provides more accurate,clear,scientific basis,has higher clinical value,worthy of popularization and application practice.
