摘要
受创新驱动发展战略背景影响,创新型强国目标建设与高新技术企业半突破性创新绩效紧密相关.其中,开放式创新、知识积累对半突破性创新绩效产生重要影响.因此,基于创新管理理论、知识管理理论,构建双向开放式创新与半突破性创新绩效关系模型,并对258家高新技术企业实证研究.研究发现:内向型开放式创新与半突破性创新绩效呈倒U型关系,外向型开放式创新与半突破性创新绩效显著正相关,知识识别、知识内化、知识存储正向调节双向开放式创新与半突破性创新绩效关系.高新技术企业应适度实施内向开放模式并积极实施外向开放模式,加大知识识别、内化、存储创新行为的开展力度.
Influenced by the innovation-driven development strategy,the goal of building an innovation-driven country is closely related to the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises.Open innovation and knowledge accumulation have much influence on innovation performance.Therefore,based on innovation management theory and knowledge management theory,this paper constructs a model of the relationship between open innovation and semi-breakthrough innovation performance based on an empirical study of 258 high-tech enterprises in China.It is found that extraversion open innovation has a significant positive correlation with innovation performance.The relationship between introverted and open innovation and innovation performance is u-shaped.Knowledge identification and knowledge internalization and knowledge storage positively regulate the relationship between two-way open innovation and innovation performance.High-tech enterprises should actively implement the two-way open innovation model,and strengthen the development of knowledge identification and knowledge internalization and knowledge storage innovation.
