摘要
研究无柄灵芝子实体的化学成分.采用硅胶柱色谱、反相硅胶柱色谱、MCI柱色谱、高效液相色谱等技术进行分离纯化,得到的化合物采用核磁共振技术等手段鉴定结构.从无柄灵芝子实体中分离得到6个化合物,它们分别为:lucidone I(1)、spiroapplanatumine L(2)、spiroapplanatumine M(3)、牛蒡苷(4)、applanatin A(5)和3-羧基吲哚(6),所有化合物均为首次从该真菌中分离得到.
This research aimed to study the chemical constituents of 95%ethanol extract of the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma resinaceum.The chemical constituents were isolated by chromatographic methods including silica gel chromatography,reversed phase chromatography,MCI and Semi-preparative HPLC,and their structures were elucidated by NMR techniques.Six compounds were isolated from Ganoderma resinaceum and identified as lucidone I(1),spiroapplanatumine L(2),spiroapplanatumine M(3),arctiin(4),applanatin A(5)and 1 H-indole-3-carbaldehyde(6).All of these compounds were isolated from this fungus for the first time.
