摘要
目的探讨PFNA-Ⅱ内固定对股骨转子间骨折(IFF)患者凝血功能及深静脉血栓(DVT)发生率的影响。方法选择我院2016年1月至2019年12月收治的45例IFF患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组(22例,动力髋螺钉治疗)和观察组(23例,PFNA-Ⅱ内固定治疗)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、切口大小及骨折愈合时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,观察组的PT、APTT、TT均长于对照组,FIB、PLT低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PFNA-Ⅱ内固定治疗IFF的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者的凝血功能,缩短骨折愈合时间,减少DVT发生,值得借鉴。
Objective To investigate the effects of PFNA-Ⅱinternal fixation on the coagulation function and incidence of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in patients with intertrochanteric femoral fracture(IFF).Methods A total of 45 patients with IFF admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(22 cases,dynamic hip screw treatment)and observation group(23 cases,PFNA-Ⅱinternal fixation treatment)according to the random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision size and fracture healing time in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,PT,APTT and TT of the observation group were longer than those of the control group,while FIB and PLT were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PFNA-Ⅱinternal fixation in the treatment of IFF has significant clinical effect,it can effectively improve the coagulation function of patients,shorten the fracture healing time and reduce the occurrence of DVT,which is worthy of reference.
