摘要 以某核电工程海底泥水盾构隧洞施工为例,通过对盾构隧洞内环境工况及超前注浆加固工艺研究,总结了一套在盾构隧洞内利用可快速拆卸的自制施工平台与外置的钻灌一体机进行超前注浆加固的施工工艺,目前,该工艺已多次成功应用,其施工速度快、成本低,适应工况多,可供类似工程参考。 This essay takes the slurry shield subsea tunnel of nuclear power station engineering as example,a complete construction method has been summed up by using quick-dismantle and self-make steel structure platform and outlay drilling-injection machine at inner tunnel machine into the technology of shield advance grouting strengthening.That technology takes the advantages of quick-construction,low-cost and adapting to much situation and has been applied many times successfully.It also provides the experience for other similar project.
