摘要
研究目的:由于富水全风化花岗岩易遇水软化、崩解、甚至流淌,造成钻孔塌孔、成孔困难,导致采用常规的前进式分段注浆工艺孔底注浆效果不好,为了解决这一问题,在现场试验了钻杆水平后退式注浆技术。研究结论:采用钻杆水平后退式注浆可获得较好的注浆效果,但在注浆过程中应严格控制工艺和技术参数,为获得更理想止水的效果,建议采用部分超细水泥或溶液型浆液。
Research purposes. The technology for the purpose of overco decomposed granite because it easily opening. site experiment is done on the single -tube drill pipe ming the bad effect of the forward - stage grouting for softens, collapses and even flows away, resulting in the level retrograde - grouting the rich water completely open collapse and difficult opening.
Research conclusions: Single -tube drill pipe level retrograde grouting can obtain better grouting effect, but the grouting process and technical parameters should be controlled strictly. In order to obtain a better result of stopping water, it is proposed to use ultra -fine cement or solute grouting liquid.
