泡果沙拐枣种子萌发对模拟降雨间隔的响应 被引量:2

摘要 泡果沙拐枣(Calligonum junceum)是荒漠草地的主要组成植物,也是干旱地区植被恢复的先锋植物。为研究泡果沙拐枣种子泡状附属物对其萌发的影响以及该植物对干旱的适宜策略,以低温层积解除休眠后的种子为材料,在种子第1次吸水后,模拟达坂城荒漠的干旱情况,设降雨间隔时间为5、10、20、30和60 d,土壤水分含量为0.5%~29%,对种子进行萌发试验。结果表明:降雨间隔60 d后仍有部分种子萌发,种子在吸胀的状态下可长时间保持活力。降雨间隔5 d和10~60 d时萌发率分别为45%和20%。启动种子萌发的最低土壤含水量为1%,土壤含水量5%~29%范围内萌发率为75%~94%。 Calligonum junceum is the main plant of desert grass and the pioneer plant used in vegetation restoration in arid areas.In order to study the effect of seed bubble attachment on germination and the appropriate strategy for drought of this plant,seeds released from dormancy at low temperature were used as materials.After the first water absorption of seeds,drought conditions in the desert of Dabancheng were simulated.Rainfall interval was set as 5,10,20,30&60 days.Germination experiments were conducted on seeds with soil moisture content of 0.5%-29%.Result shows that some seeds still germinated 60 days after rainfall interval,and the seeds remained vigorous for a long time under the state of bloating.The germination rate is about 45%and 20%,respectively,at 5 and 10-60 days between rainfall intervals.The minimum soil moisture content for seed germination is 1%,and the germination rate was about 75-94%in the range of 5%-29%.
