某重油加氢装置中多通道柱塞阀的选型设计

摘要 介绍了多通道柱塞阀的特点,结合某重油加氢装置浆液管道设计经验和实例,从配管设计角度阐述了多通道柱塞阀的选型设计过程。多通道柱塞阀没有固定外形结构,配管设计过程中需要综合考虑流程要求、设备布置情况、安装操作空间、管道柔性等要求,在满足阀门制造工艺要求的前提下,以管系为单位进行阀门的主要通路的选型设计,并完善阀门支撑、冲洗和排放柱塞阀的设计等。 This paper introduces the characteristics of multi-way plunger valve and its configuration design from the perspective of piping design combined with the design experience and examples of slurry pipeline in a residue hydrocracking unit.There is no fixed configuration for multi-way plunger valve.The process flow requirements,equipment layout,installation and operation space and piping flexibility should be considered comprehensively in the piping design,the configuration of main plunger should be designed based on piping system on the premise of meeting the valve manufacturing requirements,and the design of valve support,flushing plunger valve and draining plunger valve should be perfected.Piping design and the configuration design of multi-way plunger valve influence each other and should be carried out synchronously.
