摘要
新时代国家对高校辅导员队伍建设提出了更高的要求。调查发现,独立学院辅导员队伍存在社会和职业认同感不高、职业知识体系储备不足、职业生涯发展素质不强等状况。从制度建设、平台建设、自身建设等方面共同发力,构建全面、完善、公平、畅通的职业发展体制机制,可以充分调动辅导员的积极性、主动性和创造性,增强辅导员的职业认同感和获得感,进而实现独立学院辅导员的职业化发展。
In the new era,the state has put forward higher requirements for the construction of college counselors.It is found that the counselors of independent colleges have low sense of social and professional identity,insufficient reserve of professional knowledge system and weak quality of career development.Building a comprehensive,perfect,fair and smooth career development system and mechanism from the system construction,platform construction,self-construction and other aspects,can fully arouse the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of counselors,enhance the counselors’sense of professional identity and gain,and further realize the professional development of independent college counselors.
