摘要
目的了解咸阳市城区高中生生殖健康知识、态度、行为,为学校生殖健康教育提供科学依据。方法2017年12月,采用多阶段整群抽样方法,抽取咸阳市城区4所高中的818名学生进行匿名式问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果学生的生殖健康知识的知晓率为46.26%,其中性生理知识、性病知识、避孕及流产知识知晓率分别为80.32%、36.23%、40.25%。有46.58%的学生明确反对婚前性行为,性行为的发生率为4.65%,其中有31.58%的学生首次性行为使用了安全套。在发生性行为的学生中,42.11%的学生没有谈过恋爱。经多因素分析显示,性别、学校类型是生殖健康知识的影响因素(t性别=2.311、t学校类型=-10.183,均P<0.05);性别、年级、生源地是学生对婚前性行为持支持态度的影响因素(χ^2性别=33.568、χ^2高一=16.669、χ^2高二=5.722、χ^2生源地=5.601,均P<0.05),学校类型、年级、性别是学生对婚前性行为持无所谓态度的影响因素(χ^2学校类型=6.211、χ^2高一=7.132、χ^2性别=20.216,均P<0.05);性别、学校类型是学生谈恋爱的影响因素(χ^2性别=8.001、χ^2学校类型=32.367,均P<0.05);性别和学校类型是学生发生性行为的影响因素(χ^2性别=20.466、χ^2学校类型=33.524,均P<0.05)。结论学生的生殖健康知识掌握不佳,性观念开放,无保护性行为发生率高,生殖健康现状不容乐观。目前迫切需要生殖健康教育来促进高中生的身心健康发展。
Objective To survey reproductive health knowledge,attitudes and behaviors of senior high school students in urban areas of Xianyang city,so as to provide scientific basis for school reproductive health education.Methods In December 2017,in multi-stage cluster sampling method,818students from 4senior high schools in Xianyang city were selected for an anonymous questionnaire survey.Results The knowing rate in the students for total reproductive health knowledge was 46.26%,and the knowing rates of knowledge of sexual physiology,sexual disease,contraception and abortion were 80.32%,36.23%and 40.25%respectively.46.58%of the students explicitly opposed premarital sexual behaviors,and the incidence of sexual behavior was 4.65%,and 31.57%of them used condoms during their sexual behaviors.Among those students who had conducted sexual behaviors,42.11%of the students hadn\t experiences of talking about love.Multi-factorial analysis showed that gender and school type were the influencing factors of reproductive health knowledge(tgender=2.311,tschool type=-10.183,both P<0.05).Gender,grade and source place of the students were the factors influencing the supportive attitude towards premarital sexual behaviors(χ^2gender=33.568,χ^2senior high school grade 1=16.669,χ^2senior high school grade 2=5.722,χ^2source place of the students=5.601,all P<0.05).School type,grade and gender were the influencing factors of students\indifferent attitude towards premarital sexual behaviors(χ^2school type=6.211,χ^2senior high school grade 1=7.132,χ^2gender=20.216,all P<0.05).Gender and school type were the influencing factors of talking about love of the students(χ^2gender=8.001,χ^2school type=32.367,both P<0.05).Also they were the influencing factors of conducting sexual behaviors of the students(χ^2gender=20.466,χ^2school type=33.524,both P<0.05).Conclusions The students\knowledge about reproductive health is poor,their sexual conception is open,the incidence of unprotected sexual behaviors is high,and the reproductive health status
