摘要
在草原公路上,合理的驾驶时长、科学的休息时间是有效避免肌肉疲劳逐步加深的关键。选取12名驾驶员,在草原公路上进行2 h的长时程实驾试验。应用MP150多通道生理信号采集仪,采集连续驾驶过程中颈部胸锁乳突肌的表面肌电信号,选取评价表面肌电较具代表性的中位(值)频率(MF)与平均功率频率(MPF)作为本次试验研究的评价指标,通过数学方法研究在草原地区单调景观条件下驾驶员颈部肌电信号的变化规律,探讨在草原公路连续行车的男性与女性、年龄差异大的驾驶员的合理驾驶时长。试验结果表明:随着在草原公路行车时间的不断延长,女性和男性驾驶员颈部MPF、MF均出现不断下降的情形,这说明在草原公路长时程连续驾驶导致颈部肌肉出现明显疲劳。通过数据分析发现,驾驶员颈部MPF、MF大约45 min时达到极限,说明此时驾驶员颈部肌肉达到生理临界状态;通过对数据的对比分析,发现大龄驾驶员及女性驾驶员颈部肌肉更易且更迅速达到疲劳状态。因此在连续驾驶40 min至50 min时间段内应建议驾驶员通过休息来缓解颈部疲劳,且对于大龄驾驶员及女性驾驶员,应提早进入休息来缓解颈部疲劳,以保证行车安全。
On the grassland road,reasonable driving time and scientific rest time are effective to avoid the gradual deepening of muscle fatigue.A two hour-long driving test was conducted on the grassland road,finished by 12.The MP150 multi-channel physiological signal acquisition instrument was used to collect the surface EMG signals of the cervical sternocleidomastoid during continuous driving.The median(value)frequency(MF)and average power frequency were evaluated.(MPF)Mathematical methods were used to analyze the changes of the driver’s cervical myoelectric signal under monotonous landscape conditions in the grassland area,andreasonable driving time of males,females,and peoplewith different ages on the grassland road were discussed.The results showed that,with the continuous extension of the driving time on the grassland road,the MPF and MF of the female and male drivers were declining continuously,indicating that the long-term continuous driving on the grassland road caused obvious fatigue of the neck muscles.It was found that the driver’s neck MPF and MF reached the limit at about 45 minutes,demonstrating that the driver’s neck muscle reached a physiological critical state at this time.The datecomparative analysis showed that the neck muscles of the older driver and the female driver were easier and faster to reach fatigue.It could be concluded that,the driving should take a rest for relieving the neck,during the continuous driving period from 40 min to 50 min,especially for older drivers and female drivers,they should rest earlier to ensure driving safely.
