摘要
研究了利用铝工业废渣赤泥烧制高贝利特水泥(HBC)。结果表明,赤泥HBC熟料KH值的最优范围介于0.74~0.78,在此情况下,水泥的早后期强度都较高,且水泥需水量小、流动性好、易磨性较好。试验烧成的高贝利特水泥熟料28d强度≥42.5MPa,赤泥的利用率≥10%。
This paper studies the firing of high belite cement(HBC)with alumnium industrial waste residue(red mud).The results show that the optimal range of KH of red mud HBC clinker is between 0.74 and 0.78.Under this condition,the cement has characteristics of high early and late compression strength,low water requirement,good fluidity and grindability.The 28d compression strength of HBC clinker in laboratory is more than 42.5 MPa,and the utilization rate of red mud is more than 10%.
