摘要
研究生教育作为国民教育体系的顶端,打造世界一流水平的研究生教育是“双一流”建设的关键。生源质量是影响博士研究生教育的重要因素,相对于传统的博士研究生招生方式,“申请-审核”招生制度的实施将有助于拔尖创新人才的选拔,提高博士研究生的生源质量。文章就“申请-审核”制博士招生实施背景、实施现状进行了概述并提出了改革完善的建议,以期促进我国博士生教育的持续、健康发展,早日实现“双一流”建设中人才培养的目标。
As the top of the national education system,the world-class graduate education is the key to the construction of"double first-class".The quality of enrollment is an important factor affecting the education of doctoral students.Compared with the traditional way of enrollment for doctoral candidates,the implementation of the"application-audit"enrollment system will help select top innovative talents and improve the quality of enrollment for doctoral students.This paper summarizes the background and current situation of the"application-audit"system of doctoral enrollment,and puts forward some suggestions for reform and improvement so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of doctoral education in China,and realize the goal of talent training in the construction of"double first-class"as soon as possible.
