摘要
高等教育全球化在增进各国教育交流的同时,也加剧了大学创新能力的全球竞争。相比于世界一流大学,我国大学创新能力总体仍与英美国家存在差距,高水平创新人才欠缺、引领性科研成果不足、顶级学科数少、专利成果转化率低等问题突出。强化人力资源发展、促进引领式创新和提高科研全要素生产率是我国研究型大学创新能力提升的关键。
The Globalization of higher education has promoted global educational exchange, and exacerbated the innovation competition among universities around the globe. China＇s universities still have a certain gap compared with top ones from U.S. and U.K, in terms of lacking high-quality and innovation-minded talents and world-leading achievements in scientific research, fewer top disciplines and lower patent enforcement rate. To promot strategies for our innovative universities, we should focus on human resources development, leading innovation projects and the total factor productivity of R＆D activities.
