摘要
目的探析终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析护理中细节护理的临床应用价值。方法将2019年1—12月在该院接受血液透析治疗的50例终末期糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,用数字随机表法分组,对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组与观察组分别实施常规护理、细节护理,比较护理效果。结果观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论终末期糖尿病肾病接受血液透析治疗过程中予以细节护理可降低透析并发症,提升患者的生活质量,并且获得了患者的认可,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of detailed nursing in hemodialysis nursing of end-stage diabetic nephropathy.Methods Fifty patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy who received hemodialysis treatment in the hospital from January to December 2019 were taken as the research objects,and were divided into groups by number random table method,the control group and the observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were given routine care and detailed care,respectively,to compare the nursing effects.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed care during hemodialysis treatment for end-stage diabetic nephropathy can reduce dialysis complications and improve the quality of life of patients,which is recognized by patients and is worthy of promotion.
