摘要
探索和推广返乡创业创新模式是农业升级、农村进步、农民富裕的重要路径,能够有力推动乡村振兴的实现。通过对太行山农业创新驿站与返乡创业创新关系的探究,提炼出实现返乡创业创新持久发展的驿站模式;进而选取顺平、阜平、涞源等13个驿站开展调研走访和实证分析,量化评估了驿站提供的返乡创业创新环境条件。验证了驿站在带动创业创新人数、带动产业发展、带来经济效益方面所发挥的平台效应,同时也发现了返乡创业创新在资金配套、新技术应用、人才队伍培养三方面有待强化。
The exploration and promotion of migrant workers returning to their home villages for entrepreneurship and innovation is an important path for agricultural upgrading,rural progress and rural prosperity,and it can vigorously promote the realization of rural revitalization.Through the exploration of the relationship between the agricultural innovation station in Taihang Mountain and the entrepreneurship and innovation in home villages.This paper extracts the station mode to realize the sustainable development of entrepreneurship and innovation in home villages.13 stations,in Shunping,Fuping and Laiyuan county and so on,were selected for investigation and empirical analysis,and the environmental conditions provided by stations for entrepreneurship and innovation in home villages were quantitatively evaluated.It was proved the platform effect of innovation station in driving the number of entrepreneurs and innovators,driving the development of industry,and bringing economic benefits.At the same time,it was also found that there are three aspects to be further strengthened:capital supporting,new technology application and talent training for entrepreneurship and innovation in home villages.
