摘要
在水质自动监测中,荧光法测定叶绿素a应用广泛,该方法测定快速、操作简单,无须任何试剂。本文分析了浊度、pH值、水温、浓度、其他色素、拟合模型及运行维护等因素对荧光法测定叶绿素a的影响,研究成果以期为荧光法用于叶绿素a在线监测提供参考。
In the automatic monitoring of water quality,the determination of chlorophyll a by fluorescence method is widely used.This method is fast,easy to operate and does not need any reagent.In this paper,the influences of turbidity,pH value,water temperature,concentration,other pigments,fitting model and operation and maintenance on the determination of chlorophyll a by fluorescence method are analyzed,and the research results are expected to provide reference for the on-line monitoring of chlorophyll a by fluorescence method.
