摘要
【目的】明确云南丽江栽培金铁锁的最佳采收时间。【方法】采集不同采收时间和不同栽培年限的样品,进行水分、总灰分、醇浸出物含量测定。【结果】金铁锁不同栽培年限和不同采收时间样品的水分、总灰分、醇浸出物含量均符合相关标准的规定。栽培第2年开始,醇浸出物含量有逐渐升高的趋势,第2年到第3年升高最快;10月采收的醇浸出物含量最高。【结论】云南丽江栽培金铁锁种植3年的最好,在10月采收为最佳。
【Objective】The present paper aimed to obtain the optimum cultivation period and the best harvesting time of Psammosilene tunicoides in a year.【Method】The contents of moisture,total ash and alcohol extract content were determined for samples with different cultivation years and different harvesting time.【Result】The moisture,total ash and alcohol extract content of Psammosilene tunicoides samples with different cultivation years and different harvesting time were in accordance with the relevant standards.From the second year of cultivation,the content of alcohol extract increased gradually,and increased the fastest from the second year to the third year,and harvested in October was the highest.【Conclusion】In Lijiang city,Yunnan province,the optimum cultivation period was 3 years and the best harvesting time of Psammosilene tunicoides in a year was in October.
