摘要
目的研究食管癌合并糖尿病患者术后早期肠内营养与血糖控制的护理。方法根据随机数字表法将2018年6月—2019年5月期间该院接收的食管癌合并糖尿病患者76例分为两组,对照组38例采取常规肠内营养护理,观察组38例实施早期肠内营养护理以及血糖控制。将两组的营养指标、血糖水平进行对比。结果观察组患者术后7 d时的血浆前白蛋白、血浆白蛋白、转铁蛋白均显著高于对照组,空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在食管癌合并糖尿病患者术后加强早期肠内营养护理和血糖控制护理能够促进其营养状况及血糖水平的改善。
Objective To study the nursing of early postoperative enteral nutrition and blood glucose control for patients with esophageal cancer and diabetes.Methods According to the random number table method,76 patients with esophageal cancer and diabetes mellitus received in the hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were divided into two groups.38 patients in the control group received routine enteral nutrition care,and 38 patients in the observation group implemented early enteral nutrition care and blood glucose control.The nutritional indicators and blood sugar levels of the two groups were compared.Results The plasma prealbumin,plasma albumin,and transferrin of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group at 7 days postoperatively,and the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhancing early enteral nutrition care and blood glucose control care for patients with esophageal cancer and diabetes after surgery can improve their nutritional status and blood glucose level.
