摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术患者在术中应用快速康复护理的价值。方法方便选取2018年3月—2019年3月该院收治的106例卵巢囊肿患者为该次实验研究对象,分常规组与研究组,各53例,分别给予常规护理以及快速康复护理。比较两组护理质量。结果研究组患者的留置尿管时间(7.14±1.52)h、肠道初次排气时间(10.35±2.37)h、下床活动时间(10.34±1.04)h、住院时间(3.24±1.43)d、健康知识(96.27±2.32)分、护理满意度(95.48±2.65)分,显著优于常规组患者的留置尿管时间(26.52±1.05)h、肠道初次排气时间(26.81±2.34)h、下床活动时间(28.16±2.48)h、住院时间(5.94±1.35)d、健康知识(87.34±2.43)分、护理满意度(82.65±2.52)分(P<0.05);此外,常规组患者出现并发症11例(20.75%),研究组患者出现并发症2例(3.77%),组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.841,P<0.05)。结论针对卵巢囊肿患者,实施腹腔镜剔除术,在围术期对患者进行快速康复护理,临床护理质量较高,极大促进患者术后恢复,缩短住院时间,患者及家属满意度极高,有效减少护患纠纷的发生。
Objective This article will mainly discuss the value of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy. Methods 106 patients with ovarian cysts admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were convenient selected as the subjects of this experiment. According to the wishes of the patients and their families, they were divided into routine group and research group, with 53 cases in each group. They were given routine care and rapid rehabilitation care respectively, and compared the quality of care between the two groups. Results The indwelling catheter time(7.14±1.52)h of patients in the study group, the first intestinal exhaust time(10.35±2.37)h, getting out of bed time(10.34±1.04)h, hospitalization time(3.24±1.43)d, health knowledge(96.27±2.32)points, nursing satisfaction(95.48±2.65) points, significantly better thanThe patients in the routine group had an indwelling catheter time(26.52±1.05)h, first intestinal exhaust time(26.81±2.34) h, and getting out of bed time(28.16±2.48)h, hospitalization time(5.94±1.35)d,health knowledge(87.34±2.43) points, nursing satisfaction(82.65±2.52) points(P<0.05);in addition, 11 patients(20.75%) in the routine group had complications, and 2 patients(3.77%) in the study group had complications. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=12.841,P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with ovarian cysts, laparoscopy is implemented, and rapid rehabilitation care is performed on the patients during the perioperative period. The quality of clinical care is high, which greatly promotes the recovery of patients after surgery and shortens the hospitalization time. The satisfaction of patients and their families is extremely high and effective to reduce the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes.
