摘要
目的:探讨手术室管理优化对腹腔镜卵巢囊肿切除患者术后疗效的影响。方法:86例腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿患者按手术室管理改革时间分为改革前的对照组40例、改革后的观察组46例。比较两组的切口愈合时间、切口愈合质量及感染性事件发生情况。结果:术后,观察组切口干燥时间、切口愈合时间均短于对照组;观察组切口愈合质量优于对照组;观察组感染事件发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:手术室管理优化可促使腹腔镜卵巢囊肿切除患者手术切口的高速、优质愈合,减少术后感染性事件发生率。
Objective;To investigate the effect of operation room management optimization on the curative effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection.Methods：86 cases of patients with ovarian cysts treated by laparoscopic surgery were divided into control group（n-40）and control group（n = 46）.The wound healing time,wound healing quality and incidence of infection were compared between the two groups.Results：After the operation,the incision incision time and wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the wound healing quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the incidence of infection in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion：The optimization of operation room management can promote the high speed,high quality healing and reduce the incidence of postoperative infection in patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection.
