摘要
目的探讨康复护理对乳腺癌切除术患者胃肠功能恢复与并发症的影响。方法方便选择2018年3月—2019年9月该院收治的老年乳腺癌切除术患者46例,以随机数表法将其随机分为两组,即对照组与研究组各23例。对照组患者采取常规围术期护理措施,研究组在此基础上应用康复护理。对比两组患者胃肠功能恢复情况、术后离床活动时间、住院时间,以及术后并发症情况。结果研究组肠蠕动恢复时间(3.1±0.7)d、肛门排气时间(2.8±0.5)d、恢复普食时间(7.7±0.6)d均低于对照组(5.5±0.8)、(4.0±0.8)、(10.3±0.7)d(t=10.827、6.100、13.525,P<0.05)。研究组术后离床活动时间(3.5±0.4)d与住院时间(9.5±3.5)d均低于对照组(5.8±0.5)、(16.5±4.4)d(t=17.227、5.971,P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率为4.35%,低于对照组26.09%(χ^2=4.213,P<0.05)。结论康复护理可以有效促进老年乳腺癌切除术患者胃肠功能恢复,缩短术后康复进程,减少并发症概率,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of gastrointestinal function and complications of patients undergoing breast cancer resection. Methods From March 2018 to September 2019, 46 elderly breast cancer resection patients admitted to the hospital were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups by random number table, namely the control group and the study group with 23 cases each. Patients in the control group took conventional perioperative nursing measures, and the research group applied rehabilitation nursing on this basis. The recovery of gastrointestinal function, the time of getting out of bed after operation, the length of hospital stay, and the complications of the two groups were compared. Results In the study group, the recovery time of bowel movement(3.1±0.7)d,anal exhaust time(2.8±0.5)d, and recovery time(7.7±0.6)d from general eating were all lower than those in the control group(5.5 ±0.8)d and(4.0 ± 0.8)d,(10.3 ±0.7)d(t =10.827, 6.100, 13.525, P <0.05). The time of getting out of bed after operation(3.5±0.4) d and hospitalization time(9.5±3.5) d in the study group were lower than those in the control group(5.8±0.5) d and(16.5±4.4) d(t=17.227, 5.971, P<0.05). The postoperative complication rate in the study group was 4.35%,which was lower than 26.09% in the control group(χ^2=4.213, P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in elderly patients undergoing breast cancer resection, shorten the postoperative rehabilitation process, and reduce the probability of complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
