摘要
乳腺癌的治疗首选外科切除,但手术所造成的并发症也十分常见,这在很大程度上关系到手术的成败与疗效。强化防范意识,做好周密的术前准备,病情评估、合理设计、熟练操作和妥善解救措施,对预防乳腺癌手术并发症的发生以及发生时的处理均有积极的意义。
Mastectomy is still the first choice in the treatment of breast neoplasms. However, complication caused by the surgery is commonly seen, and it is closely related to the efficacy and whether the surgery can be successful. Strengthening awareness, thorough preoperative preparation, disease assessment, rational design, good command of operative skills and proper rescuing measures are conducive to the prevention of complication of breast neoplasms surgery as well as to the treatment of the complication when it occurs.
