试论内科护理学思维导图教学模式

摘要 目的探讨思维导图教学模式在内科护理学中的应用效果。方法选取该校2018级护理专业两个班的学生共80名,A班(n=38)接受传统模式教学,B班(n=42)接受思维导图教学模式教学,包括在授课前对思维导图所具备的基本概念、应用价值、发展情况以及生理心理学机制等理论进行回顾,制定适合护理专业实际情况的思维导图应用方案,授课中教师通过采用课前思维导图将本节课的学习内容导出,指导学生修正与完善绘制的思维导图,并布置4次案例讨论的学习任务。比较两组考试成绩,同时对B班的教学评价进行分析。结果相较于A班,B班的考试成绩分数更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B班学生对思维导图教学方案可促进知识点的联系、有利于学习内容记忆、有利于学习兴趣提升的认可度超过90.00%。结论思维导图教学模式在内科护理学中的应用效果较好,可使学生的学习成绩得以提高,并可增强学生的思维能力与自学能力,使内科护理学教学效率提高。 Objective To explore the application effect of mind map teaching mode in Internal Medicine Nursing.Methods A total of 80 students in two classes of the school's 2018 grude nursing majors were selected.Class A(n=38)received traditional teaching mode,and Class B(n=42)received mind mapping teaching mode,which included teaching the mind map before the lecture.Review the basic concepts,application value,development situation and physiological and psychological mechanism of the theories,and formulate a mind map application plan suitable for the actual situation of the nursing profession.In the course,the teacher will use the pre-class mind map to introduce the learning content of this lesson,guide students to modify and perfect the drawn mind map,and arrange 4 study tasks for case discussions.Compare the test scores of the two groups and analyze the teaching evaluation of Class B.Results Compared with class A,class B has higher test scores,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);class B students’mind map teaching plan can promote the connection of knowledge points,and is conducive to the memory of learning content.The recognition that is conducive to the improvement of learning interest exceeds 90.00%.Conclusion The application effect of mind map teaching mode in Internal Medicine Nursing is good,which can improve students'academic performance,and can enhance students'thinking ability and self-study ability,so as to improve the teaching efficiency of Internal Medicine Nursing.
