摘要
在现有的关于“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”的理论和实践研究成果中,有不少研究成果习惯于把中华民族共同体意识生成主体当作客体。然而,从哲学的角度来看,客体是被动的,主体具有主观能动性;从心理学机制来看,作为客体的人注意容易偏离,作为主体的人具有巨大的待实现的潜能;从思想政治教育方法论来看,作为被动学习的客体有明显的懈怠心理,作为主动学习的主体具有自我教育的主动性。在主体论视域下铸牢中华民族共同体意识,西藏党政领导部门要着重发挥党员干部的核心力量、人民群众的基础力量和青少年学生的重要力量。作为主体的西藏人民通过感知和体验建立起对中华民族共同体意识的认知,并在类化和纵向、横向比较中从认知到认同,铸牢中华民族共同体意识。
Among the existing theoretical and practical research results on the building of the consciousness of the Chinese national community,many of them took the consciousness generating subject as the object,which is wrong in a way.Because,from the philosophical point of view,the object is passive,but the subject has subjec⁃tive initiative.From the perspective of psychological mechanism,people as the object tend to deviate easily,but people as the subject has great potential to be realized.From the perspective of ideological and political educa⁃tion methodology,as the object of passive learning,people has obvious slackness,but as the subject of active learning,people has the initiative of self-education.In order to strengthen the consciousness of the Chinese na⁃tional community from the perspective of the subjectivity,the government in Tibet should focus on the core strength of party members and cadres,the basic strength of the people and the important strength of young stu⁃dents.Through perception and experience,the Tibetan people will establish the cognition of the consciousness of the Chinese national community,and will forge the consciousness of the Chinese national community from cogni-tion to identity through generalization,horizontal and vertical comparison.
