摘要
在医院后期服务期间,精细化和科学化管理是一项基本的途径。从当前运行现状来看,医院后勤维修管理期间还存在较多的问题,而且医院后勤维修一向被认为是部门相对分散、管理相对复杂的系统,面对这种状况,后勤人员需要不断思考对策,才能达到满意的服务效果。该文主要分析了以往分散式报修期间存在的相关问题,针对于医院一站式报修和后期精细化管理等情况进行了详细的思考和探究,希望以此能够提高后勤精细化管理效率,促使医院良好开展。
During the later period of hospital service,refined and scientific management is a basic approach.Judging from the current operation status,there are still many problems during the logistics maintenance management of the hospital,and the logistics maintenance of the hospital has always been regarded as a relatively scattered department and a relatively complex system.Faced with this situation,the logistics staff need to constantly think about countermeasures,only in this way can a satisfactory service effect be achieved.In this article,the related problems that existed during the past decentralized repair application period was mainly analyzed,and detailed thinking and exploration on the situation of the hospital’s one-stop repair application and later refined management was carried out,hoping to improve the refined management of logistics efficiency,to promote the good development of hospitals.
