摘要
气化炉在掺烧石油焦后发生炉壁超温及耐火砖侵蚀严重的情况,对气化炉的安全运行产生了极大影响。通过对气化炉内部的侵蚀情况进行观察,分析得出,耐火砖侵蚀的主要原因为石油焦的掺烧比例过高,从而使气化炉炉壁内挂渣不均,不能形成足够厚度的渣膜,导致砖缝窜气。同时,掺烧高比例石油焦导致炉壁上积存相对较多的碳元素,使碳与氧气反应,使得局部氧分压过低,耐火砖中Cr元素损失严重,继而引发耐火砖孔洞性损伤。通过改善石油焦的掺烧比例,上述两种情况得到了有效缓解。
The phenomena of furnace wall over-temperature and firebrick erosion were serious after the gasifier burn blended petroleum coke,which had a great impact on the safe operation of the gasifier.Through observation of the erosion situation inside the gasifier,it was concluded that the main reason for firebrick erosion was the high blending ratio of petroleum coke,and thus the slag hanging in the gasifier wall was not uniform,and the slag film with sufficient thickness could not be formed,which then led to gas leak from the brick joints.At the same time,high-proportion of petroleum coke in the feedstock led to relatively more carbon element stored on the furnace wall,where carbon reacted with oxygen,resulting in excessively low partial oxygen pressure,serious loss of Cr element in the firebrick,and then the perforation damage of firebricks.By improving the blending ratio of petroleum coke,the above two problems were effectively alleviated.
