摘要
缩小渣粒尺寸是熔渣显热回收的关键,渣膜在转杯边沿的厚度决定渣粒直径。文章对渣膜在转杯边沿处厚度进行了分析,综合考虑了熔渣温度、转杯转速、转杯直径和熔渣质量流量对渣膜厚度的影响。
Reducing the size of slag particles is the key step of sensible heat recovery of slag.The thickness of slag film on the edge of rotor determines the diameter of slag particles.In the paper,the thickness of slag film at the edge of rotor is analyzed,and the influences of slag temperature,rotor speed,rotor diameter and slag mass flow rate on the slag film thickness are considered.
