摘要
目的探讨普拉洛芬联合贝复舒滴眼治疗对过敏性结膜炎的疗效及干眼症的预防效果。方法选择2017年8月至2019年6月就诊于南阳市眼科医院的98例过敏性结膜炎患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各49例。对照组用普拉洛芬滴眼,在此基础上,试验组加用贝复舒滴眼。比较两组临床疗效、眼部体征和症状变化情况、角膜上皮缺损、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、干眼症发生率。结果试验组治疗总有效率(93.88%)高于对照组(79.59%)(P<0.05);试验组治疗后结膜充血、眼痒、角膜上皮缺损评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后BUT长于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后干眼症发生率(4.08%)低于对照组(16.33%)(P<0.05)。结论普拉洛芬联合贝复舒滴眼治疗过敏性结膜炎患者效果显著,可有效改善患者眼部体征和症状,减轻角膜上皮缺损程度,改善泪膜功能,预防干眼症发生。
【Objective】To investigate the efficacy of pranoprofen combined with Beifushu eye drops in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis and the prevention of dry eye.【Methods】Ninety-eight patients with allergic conjunctivitis diagnosed in our hospital from August 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,49 in each group.The control group was treated with pranoprofen;the experimental group was added with Beifushu eye drops on this basis.The clinical effects,changes of ocular signs and symptoms,corneal epithelial defects,tear film break-up time(BUT)and dry eye incidence were compared between the two groups.【Results】The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.88%,higher than 79.59%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of conjunctival congestion,eye itching,corneal epithelium defect of the experimental group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,BUT of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of dry eye in the experimental group was 4.08%,lower than 16.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Pranoprofen combined with Beifushu eye drops is effective in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis,which can effectively improve the ocular signs and symptoms,reduce the degree of corneal epithelial defect,improve tear film function and prevent dry eye.
