摘要
目的了解口腔癌照顾者照顾患者时的体验和需求,旨在为照顾者提供有效的护理服务提供依据。方法采用质性研究中现象学研究的方法,对12名口腔癌照顾者进行半结构化的访谈,运用Colaizzi分析法进行分析。结果经过归纳总结出5个主题知识信息的需求、心理压力大、自我态度调整的需求经济负担以及家庭和社会支持的需求。结论口腔癌患者照顾者正面临着许多问题,护理工作人员应关注照顾者的需求,加强照顾者的健康宣教,密切关注其心理问题,医院要发挥社会资源的作用,尽可能减轻其经济负担。
Objective To explore the experience and needs of caregivers of oral cancer patients,as to provide evidence for effective nursing services for caregivers.Methods By using the purposive sampling method,twelve caregivers were given a semi-structured interview,and used Colaizzi’s analysis to analyse.Results Five themes were extracted including knowledge and information needs,psychological pressure,adjusting attitudes towards patient financial burden and family and social support needs.Conclusion Caregivers of oral cancer patients are facing the different kinds of problem.Nursing staff should pay attention to the needs and psychological problems of caregivers,strengthen the health education of caregivers.It is important for hospital to provide social support to reduce the financial burden of caregivers.
