摘要
中医院心血管内科是重要科室之一,承担着诸多复杂疾病的诊治,其规范化培训极为重要,力图培养具有扎实理论基础、实践操作技能及良好职业道德的医生。中医院心血管内科采取中医、西医两套诊疗理论,规培医师学习任务相对更重,需付出更多的努力,这也对带教老师提出了更高的要求,实际过程中需予以更多的耐心、责任心,因材施教,借助多种教学手段,尽快帮助学生全面理解心内科专业知识,并学以致用,学会灵活运用,不断提高规培医师的临床技能,帮助规培医师建立中西医临床诊疗思维,掌握医患沟通技巧。该文旨在综述中医院心血管内科住院医师规范化培训的临床教学体会,为临床工作奠定理论基础。
The Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine is one of the important departments,which is responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of many complex diseases.Its standardized training is extremely important,and it strives to cultivate doctors with a solid theoretical foundation,practical skills and good professional ethics.The Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine adopts two sets of diagnosis and treatment theories of Chinese medicine and Western medicine.The task of training doctors is relatively heavier and requires more effort.This also places higher requirements on the teachers,and more needs to be given in the actual process.With patience and responsibility,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,with the help of a variety of teaching methods,help students fully understand the professional knowledge of cardiology as soon as possible,and apply what they have learned,learn to use them flexibly,and continuously improve the clinical skills of the doctors in the plan,and help the doctors in the plan to establish Chinese and Western medicine clinics diagnosis and treatment thinking,master doctor-patient communication skills.This article aims to review the clinical teaching experience of standardized training for resident physicians in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and lay a theoretical foundation for clinical work.
