摘要
目的:制备稳定性良好的红景天苷微乳,建立其体外透皮研究实验方法,考察该微乳的体外透皮情况。方法:采用HLB值法制备红景天苷微乳,用离心法考察微乳稳定性,然后采用Franz扩散仪以离体大鼠皮作为透皮屏障,用高效液相分析法测定红景天苷含量,计算微乳制剂的稳态透皮速率。结果:成功制备平均粒径为(65.56±4.62)nm,在室温下稳定性良好的红景天苷微乳制剂,体外透皮实验得该微乳24 h体外透皮方程为:Q=0.6953t-0.8648(r^2=0.9908),稳态透皮速率为0.6953μg·cm^-2·h^-1。结论:本实验微乳制备方法合理、可行,制备得到的微乳制剂显著提高了红景天苷的24 h稳态透皮速率,明显改善了红景天苷的经皮渗透性。
Objective To prepare Salidroside microemulsion with good stability,and research the transdermal effect of Salidroside microemulsion in vitro.Methods Method of HLB was used to prepare Salidroside microemulsion and study stability with centrifugation.Penetration rate of Salidroside microemulsion was detected by HPLC and Franz’s diffusion cell with excised mouse skin as percutaneous permeation barrier.Results Diameter of Salidroside microemulsion was(65.56±4.62)nm with good stability.Penetration rate of Salidroside microemulsion is 0.6953μg·cm^-2·h^-1.Conclusions The preparation method of Salidroside microemulsion was reasonable and feasible.Transdermal effect of Salidroside microemulsion was better than Salidroside.
