摘要
提出一种基于5G技术的新型视觉检测缺陷的演示装置方案。对此方案进行总体论述,给出电机和工业相机的选型计算,保证视觉检测的精度,并对整个演示装置进行结构设计。结果显示,样机检测组件转动平稳,视觉检测准确,具有很好的演示作用。
A new visual inspection defect demonstration device scheme based on 5G technology is proposed.This scheme is discussed in general,the selection calculation of motor and industrial camera is given to ensure the accuracy of visual inspection,and the structure design of the whole demonstration device is carried out.The test results show that prototype inspection components rotate smoothly and the visual inspection is accurate,which has a good demonstration effect.
