摘要
传感器是管道内检测器的重要组成部分,文中设计一种新型适用于油气管道无损检测的磁电复合多功能传感器。介绍了该复合传感器的工作原理、结构及特点,结合漏磁传感器对管壁体积型缺陷敏感和高频涡流传感器对管壁近表面缺陷敏感的优势,可以实现对管道的内外壁缺陷进行辨别和评估。实验结果表明该新型复合传感器在管道缺陷检测过程中既能检测缺陷又能辨别内外壁缺陷,特别是对近表面裂纹缺陷有潜在检出可能。
Sensor detection probe is an important part of pipeline internal detector.This paper designed a new type of magnet-ic leakage and eddy current composite sensor which is suitable for nondestructive testing of oil and gas pipelines.The working principle,structure and characteristics of the composite sensor were introduced.The internal and external wall defects can be dis-tinguished and evaluated in combination with the advantages of the leakage flux sensor to the wall volume defect sensitivity and the high frequency eddy current sensor to the surface defect of the pipe wall.Experimental results show that the new type of mag-netic leakage and eddy current composite sensor can not only detect defects in the process of pipeline defect detection and can distinguish internal and external wall defect,especially to the surface crack defects may have potential detection.
