摘要
目的:建立4A沸石粒度与粒度分布的湿法测定方法。方法:使用马尔文3000激光粒度分析仪,摸索湿法测定4A沸石的粒度与粒度分布最佳测试条件。分散剂和超声分散时间对4A沸石粒度结果测定的影响。结论:在折射率为1.463、吸收率为0.01、分散剂为六偏磷酸钠,超声时间为5 min的参数条件下进行粒径测定,Dx(50)变异系数为0.515%,重复性好,试验数据准确可靠。
Objective: To establish a wet method for determining the particle size and particle size distribution of 4 A zeolite. Method: Use Malvern 3000 laser particle size analyzer to explore the best test conditions for determining the particle size and particle size distribution of 4 A zeolite by wet method. The influence of dispersant and ultrasonic dispersion time on the determination of particle size of 4 A zeolite. Conclusion: When the refractive index is 1.463, the absorption rate is 0.01, the dispersant is sodium hexametaphosphate, and the ultrasonic time is 5 min, the particle size measurement is carried out. The coefficient of variation of Dx(50) is 0.515 %, and the test has good repeatability. The data is accurate and reliable.
