摘要
目的探讨分析综合护理在腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术患者中的效果。方法选取某二级甲等医院90例腹股沟疝修补术患者经腹腔镜治疗为研究对象,选取时间为2018年1月至2020年2月。根据入院顺序分为对照组45例、观察组45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组住院、伤口愈合期短对照组(P<0.05);术后1、3、7 d观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理在腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术中的效果显著,缩短住院时间,减轻伤口疼痛,提高患者满意度,有临床推广价值。
Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.Methods Ninety cases of inguinal hernia repair patients treated by laparoscopy in our hospital were selected from January 2018 to February 2020.According to the order of admission,they were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.Results The observation group was hospitalized and the wound healing period was short in the control group(P<0.05);the VAS score of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05)at 1,3,and 7 days after the operation;the observation group’s satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,anxiety and depression score was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has a significant effect in laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair,shortening the hospital stay,reducing wound pain,improving patient satisfaction,and having clinical promotion value.
