摘要
目的 分析手术实时进程系统在择期手术患儿术前干预中的效果.方法 选取2018年8月至2019年5月在本院救治的0~14岁腹股沟斜疝患儿120例,随机分成对照组和观察组,各60例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理联合手术实时进程系统,比较两组护理效果.结果 观察组禁食、禁饮时间缩短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组禁食达标率、禁饮达标率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、麻醉清醒时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术前mYPAS评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义;观察组手术交接及麻醉诱导时的mYPAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家长护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 手术实时进程系统应用于择期手术术前干预过程中,有助于降低小儿焦虑程度,提高手术的安全性.
Objective To analyze the effect of real-time surgical system in preoperative intervention in children undergoing elective surgery.Methods A total of 120 children aged 0-14 with inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from August 2018 to May 2019 were selected.The children were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional care,the observation group was treated the routine nursing combined with the real-time progress system of surgery to analyze the difference in nursing effect between the groups.Results The fasting and non-drinking time in the observation group was shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The fasting rate and non-drinking rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time and awakening time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mYPAS score between the observation group and the control group before surgery.mYPAS scores in the observation group during surgical handover and induction of anesthesia were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of parental care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the real-time progress system of the surgery to the preoperative intervention of elective surgery can help reduce the degree of anxiety in children and improve the safety of surgery.
