摘要
本文介绍了阴极保护电位及电流原位实时监检测系统以及传统人工巡检在海上风电的应用示例,阐述了阴极保护监检测系统的组成及特点。实例表明实时保护电位的评估分析,以及实时评估牺牲阳极的输出电流及消耗量,可以实时评估水下管桩结构腐蚀防护情况及保护系统寿命,相较于传统人工测试优势显著。
This paper introduces the application example of cathodic protection potential and current real-time monitoring and detection system in offshore wind power,and describes the composition and characteristics of cathodic protection monitoring and detection system.The monitoring and detection system realizes the real-time monitoring of cathodic protection potential and sacrificial anode output current of offshore wind power steel structure foundation.The example shows that the evaluation and analysis of real-time protection potential,as well as the output current and consumption of sacrificial anode,can evaluate the corrosion protection situation and protection system life of underwater pipe pile structure in real time,which has significant advantages over traditional manual test.
