3种海工钢在人工海水中的腐蚀行为对比研究 被引量:3

Comparative study on corrosion behavior of three kinds of marine steels in artificial seawater

摘要 通过电化学测试、失重测试、扫描电镜(SEM)、激光共聚焦显微镜(CLSM)以及X射线分析衍射仪(XRD)研究了S420、S460和FH550三种海工钢在室温人工海水中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,3种钢在人工海水中阳极均表现出伪钝化特性,阴极受氧还原和氢析出反应共同控制。3种钢在300 mV(Ag/AgCl)电位下的阳极电流密度均低于6 mA/cm^(2),耐腐蚀性较好。失重实验表明,S460钢浸泡过程中的腐蚀速度最低,耐蚀性最好。人工海水浸泡后,3种钢腐蚀产物主要由γ-Fe_(2)O_(3)和Fe_(3)O_(4)以及α/γ-FeOOH组成,其中S460钢中α-FeOOH含量相对较高,而FH550海工钢的腐蚀产物中γ-FeOOH相对含量高。3种钢浸泡过程中以均匀腐蚀为主,并伴随局部点蚀发生。 The corrosion behavior of three low alloy steels,including S420,S460 and FH550,in artificial seawater at room temperature was investigated by electrochemical tests,mass loss,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),laser confocal microscopy(CLSM),and X-ray analytical diffractometry(XRD).The results show that anodic curves of the three steels exhibit pseudo passivation,and the cathodic reactions are controlled by oxygen reduction and hydrogen evolution.The anodic current density at 300 mV(Ag/AgCI)of the three steels are less than 6 mA/cm^(2),indicating a superior corrosion resistance.Among them,the A460 steel shows the lowest corrosion rate as indicated by the weight loss test,suggesting the high corrosion resistance of this steel.The corrosion products on the three steels are composed of γ-Fe_(2)O_(3),Fe_(3)O_(4),and α/γ-FeOOH,while α-FeOOH dominates the product layer on S460 steel and γ-FeOOH is the main constituent on FH550 steel.Uniform corrosion occurs on the three steels,accompanied by some localized corrosion pits.
