摘要 面对当前日益激烈的市场竞争,作为国有商业银行来讲,要想实现更加长远、稳步的发展,就必须重视并切实做好自身的人力资源激励工作,激发出人才的责任意识、创新意识和主观能动性,以此增强银行自身的市场竞争力,保障在激烈的市场竞争中能够始终立于不败之地。基于实际工作经验与学习认识,分析国有商业银行人力资源激励工作的重要性,就如何做好国有商业银行的人力资源激励工作提出一些探讨性建议,以期为相关的工作实践提供参考。 Facing the current increasingly fierce market competition,the state-owned commercial banks,to achieve a more long-term and steady development,we must pay attention to and earnestly do a good job in their own human resources incentive unleash the talents of the responsibility consciousness,innovative consciousness and subjective initiative,in order to enhance their market competitiveness,can always protect themselves in the fierce market competition in an impregnable position.Based on the author’s own practical work experience and learning,this paper first briefly analyzes the importance of human resource incentive work in state-owned commercial banks,and then puts forward some exploratory suggestions on how to do a good job in human resource incentive work in state-owned commercial banks,in order to provide reference for relevant work practices.
